Chef, restaurateur and cookery teacher Romy Gill M.B.E. celebrates the very best of Indian vegan cuisine. Inspired by her own heritage Romy will explain how zaika or ‘flavours’ of Indian cooking bring a spicy excitement to plant-based food and are at the core of Ayurvedic medicine, with purported health benefits ranging from bolstering the immune system to improving digestion.
Zaika, her first book, features more than 100 easy-to-make and innovative recipes, a timely reminder of the benefits of flavoursome vegan cuisine.
Romy will be bringing with her some vegan canapés to taste.
